Message from the Dean
It is with great pleasure that I present to you the Annual Report of Finote Damot Polytechnic College for the academic year 2018.
This year has been marked by significant growth and achievement. Our college has continued to strengthen its core mission of delivering quality technical and vocational training to our students. At the same time, we have successfully expanded our income-generating activities through dairy farming, crop production, and other strategic investments.
One of our proudest accomplishments this year is our ability to generate internal revenue that supports the college’s operations while maintaining academic excellence. We are also pleased to announce that we are now building our own cafeteria using our own resources, which reflects our growing self-reliance and institutional capacity.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to producing skilled graduates who meet industry demands and to further strengthening our financial sustainability.
